1. Overview
Jester Sweets is a candy construction puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what information the game handles, where it is kept and what control you have over it. In short: the game collects no personal data, has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs, and it does not send anything about you to us or to anyone else.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not collect, store or process your name, email address, contact details, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, usage analytics or crash reports. The game does not require you to sign in and has no online features.
3. Data stored on your device
To work as a game, Jester Sweets keeps the following information locally, in its own private sandbox on your device. It never leaves your device through the game.

This data is not linked to your identity and we have no access to it. It may be included in your own iCloud or computer device backups under Apple's terms, which you control in iOS Settings.
4. Camera and photo library
The Crew Badge screen lets you optionally add a portrait. Camera or photo library access is requested only when you tap Camera or Library, and iOS shows a purpose string explaining why. The chosen picture is resized and stored locally; your original photo is never modified, uploaded or shared. You can remove the portrait at any time from the Crew Badge screen or with Reset everything in Settings. Declining access does not limit any other part of the game.
5. Third parties
Jester Sweets contains no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution or social SDKs. The only third party involved is Apple, which distributes the game through the App Store and handles purchases of the app itself under Apple's Privacy Policy. We receive no personal information from Apple about you.
6. Children
The game contains no in-app purchases, chat, social features, user-generated content shared with others, or third-party content, and it collects no data from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through our support channel, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Support requests
If you contact us through the support page or by email, we receive the email address and message you choose to send. We use them only to reply to you and keep them no longer than needed to resolve your request. This is the only situation in which we hold any personal information, and it is provided by you voluntarily.
8. Apple privacy details
App Store data-collection label: Data Not Collected. The bundled privacy manifest declares no tracking, no tracking domains and no collected data types. Required-reason API use is limited to UserDefaults (CA92.1) and file timestamps (C617.1) for local saves.
9. Your rights and deleting your data
Because all game data lives only on your device, you have full control over it. Use Settings › Reset everything inside the game to wipe all saved data, or delete the app from your device. Either action permanently removes everything the game stored. If you have written to support and want that correspondence deleted, tell us and we will do so.
10. Security
Game data is protected by the iOS app sandbox and your device passcode or biometric lock. Since the game does not transmit data, there is no server-side copy that could be exposed.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated effective date. Material changes that affect how the game handles your information will also be reflected in the App Store description.
